Why re they saying Nadias food not healthy? What more do you get in chicken and veg than shepherds pie?

Ridiculous I would starve in that house as there all health freaks. But it surprises me that some of them Smoke and drink, when they come a cross as health freaks, like Callum.

He meant light, and shepherds pie can be as healthy or unhealthy as you want depending on how you prepare it.

I think they are quite lucky to have a master chef winner cooking for them.

Calum did say what he said and he can't deny that. Oh I do despite Calum he's shown himself up to be a prick tonight and people only like him because they think he's eye candy in the house if he was fat and ugly he'd have been out last week instead of Alicia. He's got through because of people being superficial

He said that nobody else cooks in the house it's implying and he did say her food was heavy which he tried to say wasn't a bad thing but if you say food is heavy it's not a positive word to associate with food it's basic English

Different strokes for different folks. What's healthy to some, others wouldn't touch with a bargepole. If Calum and others are used to eating lighter food, then some dishes can seem heavy.
Calum has offered to do the cooking for a change. However the cooks role is a powerful one and Nadia likes to be the controlling one, so she is not going to give up that position if she can help it.

All he said was he wanted something lighter because they had eaten some heavy meals. He at no time said they were unhealthy or that he didnt enjoy them.
Nadia over reacted as usual and made herself look a fool.

I wish the Caum defenders would stick to the truth.

He said the food was heavy

He said he wanted healthy food for a change (implying food to date was unhealthy).

OK, pretty mild, but everything is magnified a thousand times in the house, so he should have just apologised and not got as offended as he did.

I don't think anyone would want to live on a constant diet of masterchef meals. I'm with Calum, Perez was just stirring it, and played Nadia cause he knows that cooking is something she is very proud of

This. Plus he wasn't the only one thinking it seemingly as Katie Price said she had been feeling bloated and actually agreed with him, but I guess Perez must have conveniently missed that bit because Katie Price is nice to him. :hehe:

What he said was no slight on Nadia, he just said lets have less stodgy food. Only if stodgy food was bad would it be a negative and it is not it is part of a balanced diet.

Nadia, for some reason hanging on every word perez said, took it as a criticism and for some reason seemed to think she was beyond being criticised or that people in the house will talk about her

It was ALL about her ego and nothing else

Chances are it hurts.. to hear people she has cooked for tirelessly then slating what she cooks I think she should let him cook for himself from now on :D

For me if I had cooked for everyone for weeks and weeks and then all of a sudden hearing that I'd feel quite narked off that people didn't speak up when food being cooked or shopping list was bought!

It's almost like you spend 2 days buying the ingredients, marinating, preparing a wonderful surprise 3 course meal and then suddenly that person arrives home and says they are not hungry as they have already eaten :nono:

We love shepherds pie but it is a heavy meal. The carbs make it heavy so I know what Calum means by just having chicken with veg as a lighter meal.

Of course, but she should have got her facts straight before making herself look like a fool (at least heard Calum out before jumping to conclusions and believing everything that comes out of Perez's mouth, we all know he likes to stir the pot). Maybe if she'd thought before she'd spoken, this situation could have been avoided.

Sheperds pie has never been made in the house, they are eating cottage pie as shepherds pie is made with lamb not beef. Just thought id mention it.

shepherds pie contains fatty red meat, gravy, oil, butter, potatoes etc.

All really unhealthy. Potatoes are a starchy carb and bloat you. Make you feel lethargic and carbs like that put a lot of weight on you if you don't exercise

Yes how dare Callum prefer a lighter meal.

I've complained to Ofcom about this 200 times and hopefully now all reality TV shows/adult dramas/cutting edge comedies etc etc will all be pulled off the air and there will be nothing else on TV to watch but the News and CBeebies and then we can all be comfortably numb and 'safe'.

How do you know which meat they put in it?

We don't use the term Cottage pie here, what we call Shepards Pie is made with beef or lamb but usually beef
