Seems like Perez is the problem not Americans, although her tongue does give out generalizations at times. It seems to me to be more of a false facade/act, and when you compare that to Perez, well.... It makes Britsh/American people root for Katie H, Michelle, Kav, Cami, and Callum. On the other hand there are a few who are looking at silly little points to try and bring her down instead of seeing the whole picture.
