It's a joke that stemmed from WWE's Ron Simmons who just popped up and started saying DAMN! whenver someone said or did something stupid, he'd do it once a week.I took it from there and people followed with and it developed into standing for don't annoy me numpty and we just it for when someone say's something silly.

It's all just a silly joke taken from some guy on tv.
