Perez's attitude in the diary room last night when he was called in for what he said to Calum was completely out of order!!! The sarcasm dripped from his every word and he would hardly let Big Brother finish a sentence. He was like a bold child standing up and giving cheek to a parent.

I don't like him but I was really surprised he was so forward and 'devil may care' to Big brother. Big brother is the boss in that house and I have seen him square up to the housemates and be vile in his retorts but I found his diary room conversation annoying and rude. I have seen contestants thrown out for lesser offensive things than a housemate saying to another that he would shove his dick up the other housemates arse.

I know the saying 'shove it up your arse' it is used often but this was much more threatening even if SANT PEREZ was saying it as a nasty little joke. It is well documented in here that I despise him and Katie but he should have been out on his ear after that comment. Sorry.

He's dumb as **** saying that Calum calling him a dick is offensive to him but threatening to shove his dick up Calum's arse isn't offensive at all.

It was the "I would do it if it is ok with Calum " that made my jaw drop

All he is doing is showing himself for what he is, a professional troll with no friends and even less class.

Sorry I'm a bit too thick to get what morals has to do with Perez suggesting he'd go there if it was consensual. Was absurd and I thought that was behind your jaw drop. Never mind eh, I'll go back to my cave.

I would be very surprised if Perez makes it to the final day. The big brother house environment relies on people abiding by the rules. If he isn't prepared to accept them, he shouldn't be there. Terminate his contract and boot him out. There are only a few days left, who really cares if he isn't there.

he'd stick it anywhere if he could

its funny how double standards are applied on BB though

if he were a straight man saying that to a woman (straight or gay) he would be out here now!

BB is in all kinds of a mess with standards and has been for a long time.

He'd also be out of there if Katie H and Calum were whiney little bitches like him.

Whilst Perez was wrong to suggest what he would do with his dick to Calum (rgardless of how provoked he was) I believe BB should also have given Calum a warning for his aggressive threatening attitude - that is also not acceptable conduct even if he was seething and furious. PS - Perez to win.

I so wanted Calum to make a compliant

I am not sure he even realises they are formal warnings. He does act like he thinks BB is just scolding him.

Well at least he recognised it ought to be consensual. One in the eye for the rape theories.

I thought that, out of the three times he has been "Warned" the last was the only time the phrase "Formal warning" has been used. BB also seem to struggle getting the point across.

As it has been stated that Perez's contract states he will be in the final allegedly, BB is between a rock and a hard place.

It is either remove him and get sued or keep him and suck up his antics whatever they are.

The second choice seems most likely but what a price to pay.

He hasn't got a contract that says he will be in the final. Can you imagine paying on the phone to get him out, and that money is wasted? Or paying to keep Alicia in? BB would have the show taken off C5 completely. Can you imagine the bets on Ladbrokes being void. People would sue. Say you had a bet on Alicia to win, and she was knocked out due to a contract rather than pay to save... it's illegal.

there will be caveats even if its in his contract to make the final, he isn't allowed to break rules
