Nah I was a casual smoker the last couple of years (only one or two a day) but I stopped in the summer, I was always able to control it well enough to not get badly addicted but you don't know it will always be like that and it just wasn't worth it for how expensive they are

Don't mind others smoking though.....and still miss it when I've had a drink or a big meal out

Nope. I tried it once at a party (a combination of me being drunk and my friends all smoking, so I decided I wanted to try it out). I didn't like it at all. :shrug:

i was off and on for years with cigs. i would smoke for weeks or months at times and be off longer before i would start up again til the last time. i was going for a good few years the last time but stopped in October of 2012 cold turkey. i have been extremely lucky that it hasnt been tough at all for me. never have cravings.

Just ciggies. I've been smoking for over forty years now so I doubt I will give up, although I'm thinking of giving E cigs a go.
I tried Mary Jane in the 70's and all it did was make me laugh and I can laugh easily enough without drugs.

I don't suffer from social anxiety as nearly as much as I used to, but I still find "popping for a cig break" to be a great temporary escape route when things become too much and I need to calm for a minute and have some space. Works the other way too; always found the smoking area outside of the parties and clubs the best place to meet people, as well as a good opportunity to briefly meet up with a friend before class and after class, for example.

Of course I plan to quit one day, but right now I genuinely enjoy it.
