View Full Version : I think that was a fix

I am so disappointed with bb. I think it would have been more acceptable if perez had won. Kp did bugger all except boast about her sex life - which was extremely vulgar. I believe bb didnt want to lose face paying her 500 grand to sit there sipping tea. Dont make it so obvious next year bb.
Everytime something hasn't gone the way someone wants it to this season they scream corruption. It's rather boring at this point.

It was a silly result to a chavvy low rent series. A kind of fitting result really.

ITS NOT A FIX. Just because your favorite didn't win don't call it a fix. I was rooting for Hopkins and never expected Pricey to win, but I don't have a problem with it. Tbh, Katie Price was entertaining with her sex stories and joined in a few arguments with Katie Hopkins in the last few days.

Jordan was 6/1 yesterday morning. Hopkins 5/6 on. The bookies don't get it wrong.
£200k placed yesterday morning would have netted you a clear £ 1 million after expenses (phone calls) by last night. Big business for all concerned.Especially the symdicates that do this thing every year....easy money.
So not a fix, but clearly not the right result but for those that were rooting for the vacuous slapper.

Ch5 do have some dodgy results, but I'm honestly not sure if this is one of them as BB was really pushing for a Hopkins victory I felt personally.
Ones that I do think was dodgy in this series though.
1. Cami beating Patsy (I just don't believe this one in the slightest)
2. Michelle getting more votes than Perez (tbf this is way more believable to me than the one above, it's just that when TellyMix has you over 11% ahead of someone it's very hard for me to then believe that the other person then stayed.
And in other series I would say that Tara Reid losing to the 3 guys despite every poll having her top by over 10%, Ash surviving against Matthew, and Helen beating Ashleigh.
Btw I preferred Ash to Matthew, and I preferred Helen to Ashleigh so there's no sore loser thing coming up with them two at all, I do just genuinely believe that Ch5 has some dodgy results that don't seem real to me.

I'm loving how pissed these Katie H fans are. They bring up things like these about Katie Price yet fail to mention that Hopkins was caught ****ing a married man in public. Much worse than "fake boobs" and "no talent."
She won people. Get over it. There was no "fix".

Of course the bookies get it wrong. They can only go on online poles, recent phone in votes and what's being bet on. The biggest percent of voters don't do any of those things and only vote in the final.

I usually laugh at the "It's a fix" rumours but there was definitely something untoward about the results this year. Everyone I know found Katie Price to be boring and vulgar, including people like myself that have supported her in the past on other shows.
I'm not saying the votes were rigged, but something smells of fish.

For me that's the end of CBB......
How can someone win who has been in the house 10 days less then the rest ?
Also the whole structure of the programme has been lost letting people into the house when they have been watching it from outside.
Its not Katie Price's fault she won its the fault of the producers putting her in there.
She was obviously the highest paid and they want some value for that cash.
Im not sure it was a fix but i wouldnt dismiss it as i do know these things are rigged
I can be 100% sure of that ....
There was a lot of money for her from late Friday afternoon which could prove things were not 100% right
when it came to voting...
Lets be honest but take away the hours of stories about her ex's she brought NOTHING to the show.
Either go back to the original concept of the show or scrap it altogether....

LOL at the remarks, Emma must have been sure of her winning as she said she would. That must have been early in the show when KP went in. The woman was paid a lot of money but tbh, no sour grapes, she didnt do a thing for me. She is obviously ill and I would be worried to death if I were her, what can they do for her bosoms and why havent they done it already? I feel for her in that why but I do not like her and I didnt appreciate all the sexual talk and the letting down of her ex husbands. In my eyes she wasnt a worthy winner. I would have accepted Keith better than her I realised the knives were out for KH that is why I didnt count my chickens.
It would have made a nice bday present for Calum, would love to have seen that, I do think he is a handsome chappie.
The trouble with KH the others think it but she says it as it is, I was in fits over quite a few things. I loved the support she had and hopefully will keep, from Calum.

Think back to sports personality .......
Rory was 1/10 on and Hamilton was 3/1 in the morning.
Hamilton won by a street....
That was rigged for Hamilton to win.....
I know plenty who won 4 and 5 figure sums by backing Hamilton.
You dont win that sort of money without something shady going on....
It was a shock because the bookmakers had installed Rory McIlroy as odds-on favourite. Hamilton had always seemed to be ‘Marmite’ — loved or hated — but the people who like him spread their love in the live phone-in to take him one place higher than he managed in 2007 and 2008. The margin — 209,920 to McIlroy’s 123,745 — was an even bigger surprise.

Thank god BB fixed it. Katie H winning would have tainted Britain's reputation.
But seriously, I don't think it was a fix, just a combination of her chav popularity + Perez voters + people with the decency to realise the Katie H alternative was scum.

Hi there, I appreciate what you are saying I used to think exactly the same but sadly I have learnt over the years that there is such a thing as a "betting coup", people will vote for another if the one they dislike is in the running to win. Also someone who goes in on a lower betting percentage will be good odds to support if facts are known.
We have to face the fact that those who went have their own fans and they will vote against the one which was disliked by that HM. Evicted HMs have the benefit of going on BOTS and making trouble for their hated HM, as did Perez and Nadia with BOTS and Loose Women". Each one blamed KH but didnt look at their own behaviour and share the responsibility, they just spouted venom.
There is such a lot to consider but I think I was lucky to see my favourite three in the top five, was hoping that Kav would get there but he didnt. All I have to say once again is, thank goodness it is all over. They have all got their pay cheques it will be interesting to see if they all continue their "wars". Tbh it isnt a good show as it vibrates a lot of negativity which we could do without and possibly shouldnt even watch. I just keep on hoping that it will get better, I dont think it will now though.

Katie P has Katie H to thank for the win.
I know several people who said if Katie H was in the final two they would vote for the other HM so she did not win.
If you shove such a controversial character in the house then this will happen.
She divided people. Katie P did not do/say anything nasty. She was just a more appealing version of Keith.

Well IF she has won through those means what a shallow win,it must mean so much more to win it off your own merit surely, and blimey if all those were together voting enmass,KH must have had a hell of a lot of support to come second and off her owm merit I might add, with no 'coups' so well done to her, there is no shame in second.:wavey:

I know someone who worked on another reality show in the production team & you can't put in a persons contract they will win if you have a paying public voting.
Ofcom & others would tear you apart. It's not legal to ask people to vote if the result is already set in stone. You would be sued or taken off the air.
Katie P just really wanted to win that's all

We have this thing called social media these days, which puts us in contact with thousands of people. Katie Price was nobody's winner. This isn't about "my favourite", I'm not some Digital Spy nutjob obsessed with one housemate. I'd have been happy to see Calum, Michelle or Katie Hopkins win it, but I never saw this coming.
There is something dodgy about this result, and while it's probably ridiculous to put it down to vote rigging there has definitely been a lot of manipulation involved.

At the end of the day its simple.....
Why put her in 10 days after the show had started.....?
Housemates should have NO contact with the outside world but ever since Channel 5 have taken the show this rule has changed.
House mate being allowed "treats" whilst in there including outside visits and time off to do articles etc.

Social media? Ok - still not everybody who voted, but let's use your example. This morning, KP's contestant picture was up there with Callum on most likes. She was in second next to Michelle on retweets from the official BB twitter page. And her picture announcing her as the winner has 50,000 likes - more than anything else on the BB UK Official FB page since it was created. So yeah, I'd say plenty wanted her to win.
I'll also add that if you look at the sticky poll asking us who we want to win, more people replied with KP than any other contestant.
But yes, she "has was nobody's winner."
"I'd have been happy to see Calum, Michelle or Katie Hopkins win it, but I never saw this coming."
Of course you would've! Then you wouldn't be saying it is a "fix".

Yes, because in those three minutes after Callum got evicted, everyone voted for KP. :hehe:
If that was the case, they would've mentioned it on the show like how they mentioned the 1% that separated the three contestants the day Alicia was evicted.
