View Full Version : Starbucks, Costa or Cafe Nero?

Just out of interest what is everyone's favourite mainstream coffee shop? My fave is Starbucks especially at Christmas with the delightful Gingerbread Latte's. Costa I really like too I prefer their smoothies to Starbucks. Cafe Nero is overpriced and quite frankly amateur compared to the other two in my opinion.

I'm fond of Starbucks' Christmas drinks more than Costa. They're so nice! When it comes to everyday coffee though, I'd pick Costa.

I agree I don't know which is my favourite probably Starbucks but I really like Costa also

I have been to cafe nero once, never been to the other 2. Have never really got the appeal.

We only have Starbucks out of those and and the nearest one is in the capital.

Nero is far better quality than the other two, but i always go to Starbucks instead idek why

Costa for me. I do like Starbucks but none are near to me so I get to go to Costa more.

Don't like any of them. Coffee should be coffee not with added fudge, caramel or whatever else they want to put into it.

Only ever go to Costa, but it's hellishly expensive, would rather just warm up nesquick and have marshmallows on the side.

Fond of all three but have found Nero's service is usually the best, plus it's a bit cheaper and their hot chocolate isn't too sweet like the others.

Avoid them whenever I can. When I have been in they all seem mostly the same.
