Coleen really got on my nerves during Katie's interview. I said this in a previous thread, that Katie was on Loose Women to discuss her time on Celebrity Big Brother - not to talk about her insulting her sister, who in my opinion, was as boring as a plank of wood during her time in the House last year.

Perez was absolutely horrid to watch. Never in my time watching Big Brother have I ever had to watch such a disgusting, embarrassing and rude Housemate. I had to mute the TV on multiple occasions while Perez was on, especially the act in the garden. His treatment towards the Chloe/Jeremy situation was ridiculous. He tried to take the spotlight and concern of the Housemates from Chloe who was clearly distressed and instead tried to make it all about him. Then, he was horrible to Alexander and the acts he was doing around Alexander that were enough to make him walk from the House, were just terrible to watch.

Kazanne, I have fought against prejudice that is wrong and unfounded ever since I was 15,no matter who does it.
I also have not overlooked his wrongs, in the house if you read back throught he threads you will see I said when he was wrong in things he had said and done.

I don't judge children on their first names as being of a lower class, I don't think people with cancer should be made to be occupied with some work to keep them busy.

Kazanne, I have fought against prejudice that is wrong and unfounded ever since I was 15,no matter who does it.
I also have not overlooked his wrongs, in the house if you read back throught he threads you will see I said when he was wrong in things he had said and done.

I don't judge children on their first names as being of a lower class, I don't think people with cancer should be made to be occupied with some work to keep them busy.
I don't believe, and I also know from the work I have done with people on benefits, that what she says when generalising aout them is wrong and misleading,in fact pure lies some of it.

I also don't judge people that are overweight as people to be written off either like she does.
I have a relative,a nd know of others, who are diabetic, it was not controlled properly, they were put on high doses of insulin,their weight rocketed.
Katie Hopkins would dismiss that,having likely little knowledge of diabetes but still speaking prejudicially as to those overweight, putting them altogether as lazy, not doing the right things, generalising as to them all.

I have intensely disliked Katie Hopkins ever since I came across her and even moreso when I was in the audience of a debate she was taking part in and heard her vile judgements and condemnations of others,especially the sick and disabled, mainly of people she sees as far lower class.

Perez, I found entertaining, he was childish, ridiculous, over the top but I found him entertaining.I have never ever said I liked him as a person but give me Perez with his childish hyperactive antics anyday as opposed Katie Hopkins.

I am stunned at the people who do support and like her,Perez in the main attacked celebrities,she chooses regularly to insult and judge and really bring down people who are far weaker and poorer than her as to status.

Annie well done for admitting you are stirring, we could all say that to a certain extent but for me I find myself a favourite and then I stick by them until the end, to me that is the name of the game. I know I keep on saying it is a game. I do not make judgements on their outside life, I was prepared to dislike KH going by what others said but at the end of the day I know I am not a sheep so I found myself liking her honesty. For myself, I have answered that point and at great length too as you requested.

I repeat again, there were many things I disliked as to Perez's behaviour, I saw his behaviour as hyperactive and childish but I found it more entertaining than hers.

I knew of him, but little of him before he went in the house but I knew more about her, none of which I liked.
If you read my posts at the start of this series you would have found I went as far as I could to give her the benefit of the doubt but then her mask slipped.

I have however in fact answered so you have had an answer from some with respect.
I also feel more of us who supported Perez 'against her', have seen far more of his wrongs and faults and said so,than has been pointed as to the faults and wrongs of Katie Hopkins.

It could be because some of us saw no wrong in her :joker::joker: It could be because Perez was such a plonker that we saw KH standing up to him whereas others thought the same but said nothing.

It could possibly be because some of us consider it a game, some of us put bets on (not me), some of us just want our favourite to get to the winning post. No matter what, it is up to we who criticise to prove our points and not the other way around.

Joey read my response again, read all of it and not just the first bit, your question was "you could not understand etc. etc." I gave you a few reasons.

I was neither standing up for KH or downing her. I was not downing Perez or standing up for him. I was generalising for all to consume or to throw out. My remarks apply to both sides. I look totally upon it as a gameshow, thus if we want to be loyal to our own way of thinking we should not really down our own choices. We should let the other side prove what they are saying. This applies to each and everyone of the HMs, I think we are in danger of forgetting that there were more in there other than KH, Perez and Nadia it certainly was their show.

She's far from stupid, she just has very individualistic opinions.... It would be stupid the take everything she says as gospel.
She's a shock jock is all, her and Katie Price are very similar as they are both happy to break conventions and are earning very well from it.

I disagree cos otherwise she would have never got to the final let alone come the runner up. The public agreed with her individual opinions enough for her to get voted as runner up.:wavey:

I have no problem with people speaking their mind, for me it's intent. If all your trying to do is insult, then crack on but don't try and pass it over as something more or some kind of social commentary. It takes no smarts to look at an overweight person and say your fat!

Being set up on national daytime tv by 4 loose women who were then slated in the national papers for their attacking bullying behavior towards Katie Hopkins is also bullying.

That situation is self defence, if your kid is walking to school minding their own business and some other kid starts harassing him and he reacts to the harassment, does that make them both bullies? :shrug:

You assume that Katie Hopkins was never bullied in the CBB house. Wrong. She was we all saw it. She stood up for herself and the public saw it too and voted for her enough for her to come the runner up so her opinions are NOT just individual opinions. The public saw it and voted in their masses for her to get the second place. Maybe they too are all bullies for voting for her to get second place? That's a lot of bullies!

I totally agree Cherie, also telling people to lose weight is insulting too, to say it to someone,you,well I would, would at least have tried to have the decency to work out how anyone may feel being told that and whether to even mention it at all.

Hopkins just jumps in with no consideration at all for the persons wellbeing ,that is a massive red herring as to her real reasons for doing so, she does it pure and simple to be nasty,rude and insulting to them.

I have come across people being bullied at school, and Uni too,for only being slightly overweight, people like Hopkins who do this as a norm set back dealing with bullying and can cause great distress to the targets too.
