X Factor winner Leona Lewis received the phone call of a life time earlier this week.

Singing legend Whitney Houston called up the reality TV show winner to congratulate her on her success after watching episodes of the X Factor.

A source told the Mirror: “Whitney thought Leona was amazing and wished her good luck.”

Leona will be heading off to the States in the next couple of weeks to meet up with the music mogul Clive Davis who helped Whitney on her path to fame and fortune; he has already offered her a £5million deal in the States.

I'm so happy for her! Apparently Kelly Clarkson rang her too to say she loved her version of 'A Moment Like This.'

if whitney was watching the x factor does that mean that she is in the uk and that she might well be in celebrity big brother??? i hope so anyway

Not necessarily. You can do pretty much anything with technology these days, Whitney could well have been in the US so I wouldn't think of that fact as further evidence for her being in CBB.

I still hope she is though, that'd definitely be really entertaining watching!
