I'm only 4 episodes into BB5, but out of 6 and 7, 6 wins easily. I preferred 7's winner, but 6 was such a better series. :love:

I often find that they all have their merits. Mine usually changes from BB6, to BB7.

My favourite is BB6 (Hence, my name).

It was flawless, the only negative, would be a **** final. Other than that, housemates, house, tasks, twists, evictions, graphics, everything was just great about it.

I'm only halfway through BB5, but BB6 is easily my favourite of the three. I was gonna wait until I'd finished BB5 to vote, but I don't think I need to because I remember loving BB6 so much more at this point.

I very much enjoy BB5 as well though, and I liked BB7 too (but the bullying in the first week lets it down).

I love BB5 too, but there's just something about BB6 and BB7 that makes them better, in my eyes. I can't spot it, though.

I think it's between BB5, and BB7 equally. BB6 gets overlooked too much.

I think BB7 is the most popular out of all three. Didn't it win the best series, during Big Brother's Big Awards Show?, back in 2010, when the show was axed on C4. It was voted for by the public.

I get that there's some nostalgia about watching live and Being There, but from a modern day perspective BB3 is ridiculously overrated, and BB2 is arguably worse than BB4 :3

I would class BB8-BB11 as The 'Decline' Era.

As that's when the show began to decline, after the ugly CBB5. And ratings slowly dropped and dropped, and media interest fluctuated, eventually resulting in the axing of the show.

BB14-BB16, CBB12-15 (2013-Present) - Emma Willis Era
The rise of CBB, decreased in quality of BB. New host. Less tacky and TOWIE feel, than 2011/2012. Particularly since CBB15.
However, the series have become more manipulated, forced, with contrived drama, and constant twists.

Yeah, it's funny how the editing is not as tacky and gaudy as it was during the first couple of channel 5 years but the format/twists etc are ever more desperate and tacky.

The Emma Willis era (2013 - Present) was also the start of themed series' like secrets and Lies, Power trip and Time bomb.

So Ironic how Jade was the first housemate to become really famous from BB and she was also the one who ruined big brother!
