How many books do you read per month?

It differs for me, sometimes I'm always reading other times I can't be bothered with it especially if I started reading a book I can't really get into (I wont ever read another book until I finish one I started)

Last month I read 6 books, this month I have read 2 so far and just started another last night.

When I get into a good book, I can read it in just a few days. But I don't find the time to, I have a whole book shelf of books that I've never read :worry:

This month i've read 2

Elizabeth is missing by Emma Healey - which is excellent

And Linda Bellinghams Something i've been dying to tell you - Wow she had an amazing life!

Like you Josy, sometimes i read loads and other times i read nothing, i've really struggled with Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, but maybe that's because i've seen the film.

Daughter is trying to get me to read the Maze Runner books.

At the moment i'm reading Toltec a Book of Wisdom:smug:

I try to do one a month but I've got an awful habit of only reading when I'm in the bath.

I go through phases. Just finished reading one and as I'm not on the lookout for another just now will probably leave it a month or so.

I think I'm in a reading slump too. When I like a book, I can finish it in a day or two... or a week if its in the 1000+ pg zone. And I have had years where I have read a book a week basically... but lately everything I pick up to read just isn't cutting it. It is the first time in my life I have several books started but not finished. I never used to be like this.

Guess I will have to go back to re-reading the classics
