American Horror Story actor Ben Woolf was struck by a car on Thursday evening at 9 p.m.
Woolf, who plays Meep in American Horror Story: Freak Show, was struck in the head by the side mirror of a passing vehicle at the intersection of Hollywood Boulevard and Gramercy Place in Los Angeles, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Woolf was transported to a nearby hospital where he remains in critical condition.
The police confirmed the incident was not a hit and run, as the driver remained at the scene.
In addition to playing Meep in Freak Show, Woolf also appeared in the first season of American Horror Story.
