:thumbs: Manny will whup his ass. Amir would whup his ass. Gayweather is there to be taken by the right opponent.

He is a superbly gifted boxer who belongs in the Hall of Fame for his achievements in the ring, but 'Money' has allowed his ego to erode and tarnish his legacy, and makes two cardinal mistakes;

1) That he is 'bigger' than boxing.
2) That he can beat 'Father Time'.

When the incomparable Muhammad Ali boasted that "Boxing will die" when he retired, the late great Bert Randolph Sugar said, that "Boxing will miss him, but it will survive him".

Sugar was right, we all missed Ali, but boxing survived him.

I do not believe that the same will be said of 'Gayweather'. He is NOT bigger than boxing - despite being allowed to dictate like a petulant child and 'cherry pick' opponents- and I don't even think that boxing will miss him.

As for 'Father Time'; 'Money' has always possessed almost incomparable defensive skills, but reflexes are one of the first abilities to be dulled by age - as every 'Limbo Dancing' Ingle boxer has discovered to his cost, from Junior Witter to Naseem Hamed - and all the signs are there from some of Money's recent fights that he is there to be hit.

One of my heroes - Oscar De La Hoya - outboxed Mayweather for most of their 2007 bout which ended in a split decision win for 'Money', but just look at what Manny did to poor Oscar less than 12 months later in brutally beating him up and forcing him to retire at the end of the 8th.

I said earlier that Mayweather was making two cardinal mistakes in thinking that he was bigger than boxing and that he could beat Father Time, I was wrong, because I should have said three cardinal mistakes; he thinks he can beat Manny and he can't.

My money's on Manny not Money and I have no logical reason to believe that I won't be collecting after the fight.

:yuk: I'd rather re-watch the Carlos DeLeon v Johnny Nelson non-fight 1000 times and be bored to death than go down on Dot Cotton.

Difficult one to call. Almost impossible. Manny needs to out work Floyd if he's gonna win but if Floyd goes into defensive mode, his shoulder roll is so good he can pick Manny off with the right hand. Heart says Manny head says Floyd.

Scenes at my house. Dude had his Unbeaten Streak,Titles,Legacy and 99% of the world all against him up against his greatest challenger to date and he made it look easy. The greatest athlete of our time.

Lol.

Light work as usual for him. Was great value on him too. Nice tidy winnings.

the problem with boxers like mayweather,flyod,khan, and a few others, is that when they have a good years run, they no longer have the killer instinct, and the rest of their matches are hand picked with boxers who are good but do not have the killer instinct, and care only for there long win record for the hall of fame, they refuse to fight top level boxers because they know that they don't have the same fighting level as they do,
