Sharon is Facing the Axe

SIMON Cowell is deciding whether to axe fellow-judge Sharon Osbourne from the X Factor.

Cowell, who has just signed a £20million deal to keep the show on ITV until 2009, was left fuming by Sharon's public row with Who Wants To Be a Millionaire? host Chris Tarrant last month.

Sharon, 53, launched into a foulmouthed tirade after he made fun of her husband Ozzy's slurred speech during a break in filming.

Sharon said to Tarrant: "Don't you dare diss my family, you *******er."

Cowell is also said to be unimpressed by Sharon's ITV1 chat show, The Sharon Osbourne Show, which proved a ratings flop earlier this year.

A TV insider added: "When Simon first signed Sharon on X Factor he was convinced she'd be a big star.


"Now he's wondering how much future she's got on TV."

I think all three judges should stay the same for however long the X Factor lasts for. It wouldn't be the same without any of them.

I don't want to see any of them axed personally, they might say wrong/horrible things at times but their all part of the show now and also when they argue with each other that's great entertainment.

This well never happen. Not so long ago I read an article stating that Simon was fond of Sharon Osbourne and actually would like to replace Paula Abdul with her on American Idol. The papers must be desperate now, when they write this trash. I reckon university students could write better articles than this rubbish.

I would like to see the back of Louis...picking the MacDonalds for the final shows was a crime:mad: I think if they lost any of them it wouldn't be as dramatic and they couldn't have any fights they always have when the show is loosing watchers lol.

I like Sharon. She isn't afraid to argue with the other two. She makes the show quite funny at times. Louis ain't so great, but I still think that the show wouldn't work if they change the judges. Keep it the way it is. So, Sharon ain't a big star... neither is Simon to be fair. He's only famous for that show.
