Totally Devastated my dog just died

Totally in shock my beloved Paddy died tonight,he had a heart problem and it finally got too much,he died in my arms:bawling:

This is awful, Kazanne. Truly sorry to hear about your loss. I can't imagine what it feels like. It's a shame that was so sudden and was unable to get help in time, but at least he had a good 10 years with someone who clearly loved him to bits :hug:

I'm so sorry, I know exactly how you feel. When my dog died I was in bits however in time you will be able to come to terms with it. You'll never forget him obviously, but the pain will be lessened over time. Hope you are okay :love:

OH Kaz how awful , I've been in the same position and i was totally heartbroken, the last one was at the vets all on his own when he died and it was a bank holiday - when we collected him he was frozen solid !
I thought i would never get over it i was devastated - it was worse than other family deaths.
You become so close to your pets and its hard for people who don't have pets to understand how awful the grief is .
I read your post earlier but couldn't reply cos i was too upset - so i think i speak for everyone in sending your our love on the loss of your beautiful beloved boy.
