Have they confirmed it? I'm hoping if there is one it will be the last summer CBB!
I can't see it - there must be a reason they called KP into a series which didn't need her at all when she was already on-board for the summer one which would have generated more hype for that. I'm hoping for a 12/13 week civilian instead - which would cost them a lot less money but still keep BB on screens for longer.

Personally, I think 10 weeks is the perfect length for the Civilian run, with no summer CBB.
BB16 would start Friday 5th June, and end Friday 14th August. OR
Wednesday 10th June, and end Friday 21th August.
4 Week CBB, in January.
10 Week BB, in June.
But, if they need to have extra BB in the summer, I would too prefer a 13 week series like BB7-BB10, than another series of CBB.
BB16 starts Thursday 4 June, ends Friday 4 September, lasting 3 months. NO CBB!
Much better than BB16 starting 10 June, ending 21 August, then CBB starting 24 August, and ending 18 September.
They needn't have worry about poor ratings - Armageddon boosted ratings so they can always did what Channel 4 did BB7-BB11 and just introduce some new blood when things get slow.
But yes, we don't usually get confirmation on air dates/series lengths until May so we still have quite a while to wait.

I heard BB16 is starting late this year. 2nd week of June, I believe. Like BB14.
I predict Wednesday 10th June, launch.

Due to the late end of Celebrity Big Brother in January, Big Brother 16 is set to launch in the second week of June. As far as we are aware also, there will be another Celebrity Big Brother.. and from what I've heard, it's currently set at 31 days like January.

I've said this a billion times but if they insist on doing a summer cbb, just make it an all stars. That'll bring back some classic hm's. By now theres probavly even enough to have two series.

As it stands, but this could change come the summer.

Wow!. I never noticed.
BB1-BB4 were 64 days. To think we have two CBB's lasting almost as long as a civilian series, is quiet shocking, actually.

I really don't understand how a week longer for CBB pushes back the launch of the civilian a week - it can't be that significant in the grand scheme of things considering there is 4 months to get everything sorted.

Couldn't agree more.
I hate late launches, as we have to wait longer.
I think BB15 launched on the perfect date and finished on the perfect date.
One thing I am hoping though, NO TWO LAUNCHES!
I REPEAT NO TWO LAUNCHES!
