If you could go back in time and do three things differently (or not at all), what would they be and why?

I wouldn't have gone to college to study engineering, I'd have learnt an instrument and... Erm I can't think of a third rn

Oooooh hard question.
Too many skeletons in my cupboard from when I was young and carefree.
If I could have wiped.them all out I could have become a politician:laugh:
Thinking back over my life, perhaps I should have thought more about giving up my career to be a stay at home mammy.
I should also have looked after my health issues better.
Hmmm best look forward rather than have regrets.

I wish I'd been less tardy about learning the piano. I can plunk out a tune... but I'm quite bad at it and I would love to be able to play properly.
I had the opportunity to work in Washington DC for a year and I turned it down. Kind of regret that.
And of course there's that night in the Student Union bar........

funnily enough that's one of my regrets too, not taking my piano to another level, listening to billy joels piano man lights go out on broadway and Elton johns tiny dancer cant help but think what if?
other biggest regrets, hmmm they say no good deeds go unpunished, that is true if its for the wrong people, beware being kind to the wrong people, thats lesson id like anyone to impart from my little life. such people will suck everything out of you until youd happily buy them out of your life. enjoy and respect alone time or find good company spend more quality time with honest kind sincere people. if you cant find such people I find life is far better alone

I regret and I still do holding on to the past I mean I won't go into to much but because of my past and I still hold on to it, I get sensitive most times, I can take jokes from some people but I sometimes take things to heart. I can't help it because it's a habit

1. Play the Guitar - Because I actually would have a talent.
2. Enjoyed my life at School more than I did at the time - Because I was always so miserable and quiet.
3. Hitting one of my friends in the face - Because other people at School pressured me into hitting him, I wish that I had more of a backbone then and told them to “**** off” basically.

Haha thanks, the Guitar playing I could try to pick up at some point.
And with BB I would love to if it was a Ch4 series, but Ch5 do tend to hire a lot of actors which I don't like.

Just the one. Giving up tennis when I was younger. I was really good and was being trained by my two cousins (who have since gone on to work with professionals). I think if I'd have stuck with it I might have been able to make some money out of it, but I just got bored of the effort of making my way up there every day after school.

I think that you're more of a Football person as well Locke.
Did you ever try and get a Football Club to sign you? I know Arsenal went in for one of my friends.
Locke.

All the big clubs have tried to sign me at various points in life Mock, I've sadly had to turn them all down as I prefer football as a hobby rather than a job

I regret not studying for A levels when I was a teenager, instead of waiting til I was in my fifties.
Not having a proper career and just being content to be a wage earner.
Moving to another country, when my heart was and always will be in Britain.

I wish I'd really found myself before going to university so I wasn't so shy going through it.

I regret starting to smoke.
There are lots and lots of things that were big mistakes and I cringe thinking back on them but I guess all of those things taught me stuff so I'm not sure I really regret them

not get married
not go to that school
not move from home so soon

Yeah I probably share this one. Quite lucky though that doing a postgrad course at a different Uni has sort of given me a chance to correct that
