its a smoking ban in the jail house rock 07.03.15
not sure what is the roll
"human rights" and "legislation"
for my summing up might prevent my parole
so i am going to my cell for some recreation.
it is one of many currency's
sorry if it turns you blue
it will not be one of them bureaucracy's
because the "public" and "HMP" no its distributed by a "screw".
money is being printed
smoke is the trade
tax from "HMP" vending will be tinted
it will still get in but a "poorer grade".
i can appreciate the "no smoker"
also the workers on duty
why should any cellmate have to be a choker
its not as if its pleasant and fruity.
bring in the law
HMP should have no discrimination
not even started but over is the war
its hypocritical as there is worst things in HMP circulation.
( want to no what i am talking and ranting about - you can here in no poetic writting - http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2287267/Riot-fears-cigarettes-set-banned-prisons-England-Wales-amid-compensation.html i would try and get this to the govener but i am on 23 hour bang up. )

No.
Think of those poor prison wardens that will have to put up with angry people
craving for a smoke. Not nice.

Prisoners should be allowed to smoke outside, if they are allowed access to the outside. There shouldn't be any smoking inside. Of course, help them get off cigarettes with patches and other aids, but no... prisoners shouldn't be allowed to smoke inside.

I'm not sure about violent convicts having to go cold turkey.....just asking for unrest in prisons, it will also lead to cigarettes becoming even more of an illegal currency in there.

I don't see why prisoners shouldn't have to live by the rules innocent people live by in society at large simply because we're worried about their reaction. They don't call the shots, the prison does. They're there to be punished. They shouldn't have special privileges, although if they want to put smokers together in a cell, that's a different matter I suppose. But they shouldn't able to smoke just because we're worried they're going to kick off.

One law for all - ban smoking in public places!
Why on earth does HMP think they should be exempt - no one is above the law.

Banned? It should be encouraged! Get them all utterly hooked then when they come out, they repay the cost of their crimes is tobacco taxes, and also they die younger so can't commit as many crimes! It's win win.

On the contrary..... We should make smoking compulsory in Prisons, at least 40 a day... Teach the buggers a lesson.

Yea let them smoke and give themselves cancer, I don't see the problem. Plus with their messed up lungs they won't be able to run from the police.
