Lil' Kim's £500k Big Brother bid

RAP star Lil’ Kim is having a BIG row with Celebrity Big Brother bosses after demanding £500,000 to appear on the show.

The notorious American singer was originally offered £255,000 to go on the Channel 4 hit.

Lil’ Kim, 32, wanted DOUBLE that — but is now considering an increased offer of nearly £400,000.

TV Biz discovered the 4ft 11in star — real name Kimberly Jones — has also made a list of diva demands. In documents we have seen, she insists she has:

FINAL APPROVAL of all footage of her — which is nigh on impossible on a 24-hour-a-day live show.

A PERSONAL assistant with her in the house, plus her own hair and make-up stylist on stand-by.

FIRST CLASS round-trip travel for two from the US and first-class hotel accommodation.

A HOLIDAY in London for two — two weeks, all expenses paid — at the end of the show.



Lil’ Kim was freed from jail in July after a year behind bars for perjury. She lied in a case involving a shootout between rival rappers.

A show insider said: “She may be small but she has a larger-than-life personality.”

Ex-footballer Jason Cundy, 36, and actress wife Lizzie, 36, are set to take part in the show, which starts next Wednesday.

Other possibles include actors Dirk Benedict, 60, and Paul Michael Glaser, 63, singer Jermaine Jackson, 51, and ex-Steps star Ian “H” Watkins, 30.

Now that's funny. Final approval and a personal assistant? She obviously has no idea what Big Brother is about. I doubt they would even pay her that much for a show here in the States where she is more popular. She would probably be good for the show, but I definately don't think she is worth that much.

Her music does not even sell very well. She is definately more notorious than famous if you ask me. Don't get me wrong she is quite a popular female rapper, but due to the more recent event of her being in jail, that alone has overshadowed her music career.

With that said, she actually looks terrible now, she had plastic surgery a couple of years ago and it really does not look good.

Goes to show you what these stars are like. It's only Lil' Kim. She is not worth the money. I can't say I've even heard any of her material, except from Lady Marmalade.

Its quite obvious she has never seen the show before. The 'final approval of all footage' shows this enough, but to throw in the entourage in the house demand just proves she clearly doesnt have an idea about the show.

And as for the two-week holiday and first-class travel... that's just well out.

If I see here in the house next Wednesday, I will abandon Big Brother forever.
