First Danny Welbeck gets hate on Twitter for his goal on Monday and now David Luis has apologized to Chelsea fans for celebrating after he scored last night against them. Where do you stand on players celebrating goals against their old clubs

If its in front of your own fans or with your team mates then its great to see. Every goal should be celebrated. There are always different circumstances though.. You would never expect Gerrard to celebrate against Liverpool if he scored against them and Thierry would never ever have celebrated against us.

If you're showing disrespect to your previous club like that prick Adebayor did when he scored against us then no.

Ok not to celebrate in extreme circumstances but generally its a trend thats gone too far

I think its a bit patonsising when a player moves from a smaller club to a big club. Aaron Ramsey was commended for not celebrating his goal against Cardiff last year but I remember when Jonjo Shelvey refused to celebrate when he scored against Liverpool that it was a bit of an empty gesture when the player has gone from a big club to a smalerl club.

Shouldn't be up to anybody other than the player to decide. I'm not sure why people think a player should or shouldn't celebrate because they think that's the "right" way to do it. If a player doesn't want to celebrate because they wouldn't feel right about it, then fine why should they?
