Rescued after 15 years in a cult, Kimmy Schmidt decides to reclaim her life by venturing to New York, where she experiences everyday life with wide-eyed enthusiasm. On a whim, she rents a room from Titus, a gay wannabe Broadway actor, who makes ends meet as a street performer in Times Square. The unlikely pair find they're well-suited to help each other out, with Titus reintroducing Kimmy to modern life, and her providing him with the inspiration that you should never give up. so, so stupid and irritating now (on episode 11). tina fey's cameo sucks and reeks of trying too hard, jon hamm's too, and the character of her sherriff/'father' is probably the most irritating character of all time

I wasn't as much a fan of the courtroom stuff at the end of the season as I was the first half either tbh. The best part of those episodes was Titus watching the trial online.

Hopefully John Hamm stays away, I don't like him in anything I've seen him in.

They need to just focus on the core cast Kimmy, Titus, Lillian and Jacqueline.

Watched three episodes of season 2, quite a slow start. Titus hilarious as usual but not as gripping or binge-ful as season 1.

The first few episodes are better now I've re-watched them.

I think I just had to get used to the style of the show again, haven't watched in ages.

I actually thoroughly enjoyed this season more than the first. I feel that this time around it was everything I expected it to be, and the general plot was easier and better to follow.

Netflix’s hit comedy series Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt will return in May for Season 4. The streaming service said today the fourth season will launch in two parts. The first six episodes will be available on May 30, and the second half of the season will premiere later in 2018.

Omg, the show is ending and they waste an episode that has no Kimmy, Titus, Lillian or Jacqueline. Those 4 are the show not the bloody reverend.

The humour came from the situation and a couple of lines. He's not a funny character in his own right at all.

Episode 3 was awful but I guess it was... an interesting way to establish... things... I guess?
If the show had a few more seasons ahead of it/this was like, a season 1 episode, I would excuse it, but we're in its last season. After this season/film, we're never seeing Kimmy & co. again. So why are we having an episode focus on some random guy wanting a DJ for his wedding :umm2: (although the black guy from the intro re-appearing was a nice callback)

Over all though, Season 4's been amazing. I think Titus' character is my favourite this season.
Also, Lilian and Jacqueline's interactions have been STELLAR (as has Jacqueline and Titus'.... "I'm gay!" "Yes Titus, I know. It's how you end every phone call" :love:).
It's such a shame the show's ending :bawling:

I expected it to end with her stuck in a bunker anyway at a later time but I suppose the message they were going for was that she wasn't kidnapped because she was stupid but just because she was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I low key liked it :shame: i enjoyed every episode except for the documentary one.(i know that was from Part A but i watched both parts altogether)

Finished it, overall a pretty enjoyable show with some excellent one liners and great characters, but it did feel really try hard at times to the point it was almost exhausting to watch. Every single bit of dialogue felt like a punchline and it kinda retracts from the actual comedy of the show. (anybody else have to watch this with subtitles so they felt like they weren't missing a joke?)

And yes the sliding doors episode (and the documentary episode while we're at it) were hella boring.
