JOEY Essex wannabe Sam Barton,who had a £5k nose job on the NHS is being lined up for Big Brother.
Sam's agent confirmed he has been in talks with Endemol about this summers non celebrity version of the show. The decision to sign up sam, who has been dubbed the male version of NHS boob scrounger Josie Cunningham, will be controversial with viewers that have accused him of living a celebrities lifestyle at the taxpayers expense. Sam racked up almost £35,000 of debt in just 4 years then declared himself bankrupt after lavish nights out and having cosmetic surgery to look like former TOWIE star Joey Essex.

Sam Barton made headlines last year after getting a £5,000 nose-job on the NHS. It’s after the 22-year-old declared himself bankrupt following a £35,000 spending spree on surgery and a ‘celebrity lifesyle’ in a bid to live his life like idol Joey Essex. At the time of his tax-payer funded nose job, Sam caused outrage as he declared: “If I am being honest, getting the NHS to pay was the easiest thing I have ever done.
“If you say it is ruining your life and you are a good actor it is easy. Speaking to The Sun’s newspaper, Sam’s manager today claimed that he was ‘in talks’ to appear on Big Brother, making it sound more like the casting of a celebrity series than the usual summer run. “Sam has been in talks with lots of TV programmes including Big Brother but we are unable to confirm anything at the moment,” said Sam’s agent Barry Tomes, who also looks after former CBB housemate White Dee.
A spokesperson for Big Brother commented: “The casting of Big Brother is a confidential process”
