Alexander heckled on Lib Dem 'Budget' by Labour MPs

Danny Alexander was heckled by opposition MPs as he has unveiled a Lib Dem alternative to George Osborne's Budget.

The Chief Secretary to the Treasury said Wednesday's Budget had been agreed between the Liberal Democrat and Tory halves of the coalition.

The Speaker intervened several times as Labour front benchers spoke over the cabinet member, who was warned not to make party political statements.

A Budget that can never happen, given to an empty House by a pointless M.P

An absolute waste of Commons time, reading out a hypothetical budget from a hypothetical party.
