..yeah it is early..yesterday I woke up late and today it was around 2.30am, I think it's the clock change..it's the only time my pattern really gets screwed a bit but it sorts itself out after a few weeks...try making your body flop while you're lying there/relaxing your toes right up to your head bit by bit, that can often help you to drift into sleep....

Yes, on E! :amazed: She deserves it, her production company literally took over her channel and she wasn't allowed to have any revenue from it and she made a new channel and didn't know if she would have a livelihood again but in such a short space of time she got millions of subscribers and now she has a TV show, it's lovely. :flutter:
