Jade's back on Big Bruv [Update: Going in Saturday?]

JADE Goody is going back on Big Brother — this time as a star.

Jade, 24, has been signed up for this week’s celeb version along with her lover, mum and grandparents.

Channel 4 chiefs were desperate to keep it secret but Jade, who shot to fame on Big Brother 3, blurted it out on a weekend shopping trip.

A fellow customer at the Lakeside centre in Essex revealed: “Jade was there with mum Jackiey to pick up some clothes to wear in the house. She was excited and talking about it loudly.”

Celebs including Darkness rocker Justin Hawkins and Michael Jackson’s brother Jermaine will go into the BB house on Wednesday.

Jade will make her entrance days later, probably on Friday. She will be accompanied by her family and boyfriend Jack Tweedy, 19.

Mum Jackiey, 48, last year had £125,000 of cosmetic surgery on a makeover show.

A C4 insider said: “Jade and her family are bound to get things really going in the house. Jackiey is not exactly shy — while Jade’s gran Jacqueline was jailed for shoplifting in 2003. Of course Jade and Jack are known to fight with each other, especially when there’s booze involved.”

Robert Kilroy-Silk, 64, will be joined on Celebrity Big Bruv by ex-Miss GB Danielle Lloyd, 23 — as The Sun predicted.

Other housemates include Starsky TV actor Paul Michael Glaser, sex swap antiques expert Lauren Harries, Peaches Geldof’s pal Donny Tourette and married couple Jason and Lizzie Cundy.

Yesterday it emerged a secret SECOND BB house may feature on the show.

I always believe that you dont go back, so personally i dont think she should do it, we have seen what jade has to offer (seen way too much of her for my liking)

So therefore i believe that its a mistake to put her back in, be pretty much like putting chantelle back in because shes a "real celeb" now, so sorry been there done that, must have been grasping at straws to get her to go back.

And i honestly dont believe shes doing herself any favours by going back.

I agree, it wont do her any favours. She doesn't even need to go back in. She has a successful career. She's still working on popular projects. She doesn't need a career boost.

I think Jade has been a real success after big brother and still has done amazing to still be known. Her return however I think is unfair, I know they must be stuck for celebs who will actually go on it but this is getting them really from the bottom of the barrel!

I found Jade a character last time in the house but I feel she will have the "Nikki" effect...and going back in will only turn more people against her. I don't see why she needs to go on she is doing great getting stories in all the magazines. I feel if she does go back in it will feel very much like the Jade show rather than celeb big brother. She will have an advantage over all the others, she knows what the public likes to see and it will be nothing new she will have done it all before...we have seen her in many ways before so I don't see how she can top that unless they want her to sleep with someone:nono:

If its a choice between Jade or some A list boring person though I would want Jade because she has more to offer...and plenty of things to debate about her. We think she is this down to earth person who says what she thinks but second time round it could effect her if she tries to show us what she thinks we want to see.

This is getting ridiculous - putting someone into Celeb Big Brother, who only became a 'celeb' because they were on Big Brother in the first place? And why exactly are her whole family going in - they aren't celebrities. I'd rather see some actual celebrities rather than the family of an attention junkie.

I reckon that a lot of the people who are said to be going on won't actually be on the show at all. Last year, there were rumours that Boy George and Johnny Vegas were going to be in it. The only one that they actually got right in their predictions was Barrymore.

I think her family will raise alot of eye brows thats for sure but whether you call that entertaining Im not sure. I can understand putting Jade back because she was a big character but the reasons for her family going in are just strange. I don't see how that would actually benifit the show at all...bringing back Jade was a big enough thing as it is without involving family. Could turn pretty nasty aswell having a real family all on a show...sounds like another show all together!

Her family's a load of chavs from the sounds of it. She's got a gob on her, her moms got a gob on her, her grandmothers a shoplifter, her boyfriend must be a complete div to withstand all of them combined and inturn must have an equally gigantic gob!

Well money wise she isn't a complete plank she has done amazing to keep going while many others have failed...the bit that gets me is the British public seem to like "thick blondes"...Jade, Chantelle Etc. They act alot dumber than they actually are...ok Jade might not be the best at geography or whatever but she has done good money wise so when it matters she seems to have her head screwed on.

Jade Goody, the housemate that finished 4th in the 3rd series of Big Brother has been tipped to be the winner of the Celebrity edition that starts tomorrow night.

Bookmakers Paddy Power have made Jade 6/1 joint favourite to win the series even though it has not been confirmed who is actually entering the house tomorrow night at 8pm on Channel 4.

However Paddy Power recon that Darkness singer Justin Hawkins and ex-Corrie landlady Julie Goodyear will give Jade a run for her money.

Currently they have priced 6/1 with Towers of London frontman Donny Tourette, The A-Team's Dirk "Faceman" Benedict and former Miss GB Danielle Lloyd 8/1 shots.

Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty, Starsky actor Paul Michael Glaser and talk show host Robert Kilroy Silk are at 10/1.

Others also included in the current round of betting are Steps singer H (12/1), Lauren Harries (14/1) and Jermaine Jackson at 20/1.

She's as thick as it's possible to be. But she obviously has an extremely good agent. If it was all down to Jade herself to keep herself in the public eye, we would all have forgotten about her by now.

The public do seem to like the 'thick blondes' as you say - the agents of the likes of Jade and Chantelle know when they're onto a good thing!
