a blue plaque for Freddie Mercury 12.04.15
thanks to English Heritage
we have something that won't rust
all Queen fans must take advantage
even if our memory's won't ever bite the dust.
this is a massive breakthru
its to do with honor and a salute
love to see the name in blue
because music with out Queen would pollute.
no one is questioning the best
second but far away is "Wham"
i am getting all my stuff and going west
house prices will rocket in Feltham.
at 45 it was a robbery
the world had been cut with a razor blades
Freddie tried to take out typecast or snobbery
step in "Terrance Higgins trust" to help fight against "Aids".
we have been making progress
its no longer "death on 2 legs"
since 1991 we have been Freddie-less
"time waits for nobody" forget the tears or begs.
i have done my mission
not missed out and no lack
