first hot sunny day 14.04.15 and its already pouring (society - sunshine - alcohol ) 15.04.15

it was lovely
no to any torture
do you want a glass of bubbly
or do you want to be dry like a "Martini" scorcher.
the lady's are getting frisky
first time this year to see skin
to settle my excitement pour me a "Whisky"
followed straight away by a double "Gin".
street drinkers were in there paradise
to them "God" can be no kinder
no longer freezing and drinking off ice
the 3 litter bottle taste fresh hence the smell apple "Cider".
people going shopping
the shelves do all shine
customers are looking forward to "Champagne" popping
or putting feet up with a glass of "Wine".
off licensing are trading
not with shopaholics
its so sad and degrading
the booze offers bring in the alcoholics.
the sun is shinning
vitamin "D" is storing
your liver is intoxicated and will soon be declining
here is a glass, now toast me as this bottle needs pouring.

Yes many do seem to use the sun as an excuse to sit out and drink in the afternoon and at times they wouldn't usually at any other time of the year. When having barbecues most spend as much if not more on booze than food, I never thought about it before but it is odd.

do you see this as a problem or something that is just a summer thing and in control or is this a gateway to a life on booze.

is there anything as society we can do or is this fine ? all this thinking is telling me one thing - i need a drink.
