More rumours abound about potential housemates...apparently David Hasselhoff is one of those rumoured to be going in!! I find this pretty difficult to believe to be honest, but I would love it to be true.

I think it would be cringeworthy if he went in....atleast for his family and friends.

I'm not a fan of his, but I think he would be a great housemate - and at least he isn't afraid of making an idiot of himself.

The Hoff could go either way. It could absoultey brillant or we would sit there going 'What are you doing!' I can't see him exactly fainting into the background.

The Hoff's agent said he wasn't doing it, and she'd tried to tell the CBB people to stop linking him to the show, but they wouldn't listen.

We as BB Fans should know better, we all get excited by a few rumoured housemates that do become housemates but the plain fact is that on launch night, by housemate no.6 , we'll go .. "who?". Honestly who had heard of Preston and Maggot before BB? A few people maybe. A list stars wont sign up because they dont need the money!

I really don't think it matters if they are big names or not. Chantelle made CBB4 imo along with Preston and no-one had heard of them! Big names are just big names, they don't guartenee entertainment.

The bloke is the most watched person tv personality in history and he was an executive producer on that show that was sold to so many countries around the world so I hardly think he's in need of money.

Yeah, but Paul Michael Glaser is also very well off and doesn't need the money either, as he is a successful producer these days. Apparently he is going in though. Half the time I don't think they do it for the money - they do it to get back in the public eye.

Being in need of money is not always the issue

Indeed, people love the publicity.

I heard he's meant to be in a musical so cannot do it.
