Well last night my computer went bonkers and froze due to lack of memory spcae. So this morning I go and remove loads of progammes and I go to and look at My Documents and MicroSoft Word is gone! Which I desparetley need! Anyone know how I can re-install it? I'm so stupid.Ahhhh

Go to Start then Search and search for Winword.exe

If it finds that and Word launches when you double-click on it you've still got Word on your computer.

If not you'll have to use the (Microsoft Office) installation CDs again. If it came pre-installed on your computer you will probably be able to install it again using the CDs that came with the computer.

Thanks. I found it. But its a PF file. What does that mean?

The PF files are something different. If it didn't find 'winword.exe' you will have to re-install it, unfortunately.

You could first try System Restore in Windows to restore your computer to how it was before you uninstalled programs. Go to Start / All Programs / Accessories /System Tools / System Restore.

Then 'Restore my computer to an earlier time'. Then select a bold date before when you uninstalled everything.

Don't know if it will work for this?

If it's a lack of memory space
remove pictures. they are the worst for using up all the memory

Microsoft Word didn't come with my computer so I had to keep downloading it. I dont download it anymore, because it's a 60 day trial and got to much. But if you want too, just go to http://www.microsoft.com.
