Jade Ruthven, 33, from Perth, received angry anonymous letter
Outrageous poison pen letter was concocted by 'a few of the girls'
Demands she stops posting so many photos and updates about her baby
'We all thought it might ease off after the first month, but it hasn't'
Ms Ruthven, a first-time-mother said letter was like a slap in the face

Umm most mothers on my fb do post all that, it gets annoying and I have moaned about it to others but at the end of the day they just love their kids and want everyone to see it I suppose.

That person that wrote the letter seems very bitter.

Seriously though, why not just block her from your news feed if you're that bothered instead of being a nasty bitch?

Uh, why not just stop following them? :umm2:

As much as people who live through social media with constant pictures annoys me, I don't have to read it.

this is why I cant look at facebook, i once looked at old Mrs LT and it was full of stuff like "You are the Universe, you are strong like an amazon, soar on an eagles wing" pictures and people saying "looking good hun" and the like

I almost poked out my eyes with a fork and vomited lava at the same time

*shudder*

I agree with the sentiment, but no need to be so nasty about it, that said I suppose you could look at the other side of the coin, this person rather than moaning about how annoying it is has done something about it, however to legitimise it they should have put their name to the letter, so yes just unfollow them, this is why I hate FB .... its full of saccharine sweetness or nastiness and very little inbetween.

every time is see someone make a comment about their baby on FB everyone else jumps in with their "helpful advice" *heres a picture of my baby asleep for the first time today!* -he would sleep better if.... you know you shoudnt.... did you try.... MY baby... it normal... blah blah blah. back off with the "advice" !!

:joker: This is so true.

My sister said, when she had a baby a few years ago, anytime she'd post a message or photo relating at all to the baby you'd get certain people thinking they were Mary Poppins coming in with "have you tried this...", "if you did this instead..."

It doesn't bother me really. But i think people should not post pictures of their babies in the bath. So many nutters on the internet.

Oh my God, what a ridiculous overreaction. The things people write angry letters about nowadays. :umm2:

And can't these people just unfriend her? She's entitled to post about her daughter on her Facebook, isn't she?

Exactly!! Much quicker to hide her on your news feed than "get the girls together" and type a mean letter out. Idiots. Everyone has annoying Facebook friends!
