The Greens want to raise the age of criminal responsibility to 14 so this alleged terrorist would nearly have walked away.

I don't really understand this as he has been arrested for inciting a male in Australia to carry out a terrorist attack in Australia, so it appears he was arrested on incitemement charges rather than planning anything himself, I guess we will know more in time

Thanks Kirk, but a hearing at The Old Bailey for inciting, it just makes no sense, there must be much more to this I think
