Am I the only one feeling that we need more Mods on the Forum?

I have posted this to James in PM, but he might've been to busy to read the post, or because his only seen me go on about it he might've then chose to ignore it.

I feel that the Mods that we do have on here are decent, and they are actual fans of the show that they're Moderating on which is nice.

However I feel that we've got a lot of inactive Moderators which is making it harder for the active ones to track down trolling, or blatant rudeness to other members.

Imo this is the opportunity to get in some new Moderators that haven't got bad records (like myself) and are likely to be on the Forum to help clamp down on the horrible behaviour that I've seen over the last few months from some members.

I know that the response will be “use the report button” and whilst you may have a point on that, when you're getting wound up you're not thinking straight so you're more inclined to answer back than use the report button for a lot of people anyway.

More active Mods on the Forum = clamping down on trolls imo.

Do we need more mods? Yeah its hard to say if and when they are online b/c of the hidden function, but I am pretty sure they have been around plenty this off season. :shrug:

I think it is really up to them to decide whether they as a group are getting the forum coverage needed. I trust their self evaluation on this issue.
