Same here, it was more of a struggle than I thought it would be :( there again I knew the ones I had to leave off would likely pick up some decent points anyway, wherever they come in Most Loved, they did so well to make the top 50 :)

That is true, no matter what happens,whether someone gets through or their final position in the 50 if they do, as you say.
The 15 nominations are okay it is when you then have to drop the actual votes down to only 10 people.

If the opt out list people hadn't done so, it would be an even bigger headache for me.:joker:

I say vote with your heart... ML doesn't earn you a forum award, and it isn't really a game on here. I did my top 15 a little more tactically to get some people I felt were unappreciated on to the top 50, but now who is on the top 50 is set. I made my top 10 based on my heart, although it actually hurt a little going from 12 to 10 if I'm honest. I guess it has to be done to participate :)

at Christmas time when I made the top 50 it was a genuine surprise, so coming like 47th or something didn't bother me b/c really just being on the list is a treat :laugh:

I'm still going through the votes cast today but now would be a good time to mention the follwoing (just to cover my own back):

In the event of a tie when I have the final points I will break the ties by the following:

* First which ever member gained the most points in Round 2 will gain the higher placing.

* In the event that two or more members finished on the same points in Round 1 and 2 then whichever one had the most votes from members overall shall gain the higher placing.

* In the unlikely (but being TiBB is bound to bloody happen now) event that two or more members finish on the same points in Rounds 1 and 2 and have an equal number of votes from members then the tie shall be broken by whoever had the most 10 points. If they did not get 10 points then it shall be 9 points, and so on.

* If after that they are completely equal then it will be a true tie.


Does that make sense and is everyone okay with that?

* Ever since ML2 position #7 has only ever been held by climbers. Lucky #7.

* GypsyGoth is still the only person to break the curse of #33. Since then MTVN and Loukas have fallen to it.

* The biggest fallers this year drop down 30 places. The biggest climbers rise up by 32 places.

* This year ties with ML9 for highest number of re-entries (10).

* Highest New debut (not including ML1) goes to Jords who entered at #3 in ML2 but he also holds the record for the biggest drop within the top 50, in ML3 he fell 43 places. *Kate* is the second biggest drop falling 42 places last year.
