When Multi's use your User name

When a multi uses your user name in a mocking way to make an account... why can't that account be wiped from the system?

For example right now if I type Mokka into the private message system to send a message to myself... I get two options for users:

Mokkajava
Mokka is barren ( a multi created to target me)

This also happens with other users who have been targeted, but I don't want to drag other names into here. Using myself as the example is embarrassing enough.

So why can't this account be expunged, along with the others.
