I don't get the hate for Jade's vocal reasonings of self worth, she is comfortable and in love with herself. Imo it wasn't OTT at all, it only seemed OTT because we live in a country where people constantly put themselves down. I don't think she has an ego, but even if she did, what's wrong with that?

Jade is from Dublin. Southern Ireland is NOT part of the Uk. Only the 6 Northern Ireland counties are the UK

The accents are completely different. Most of the people in Northern Ireland have a very similar accent. In Southern Ireland each county has a completely different accent and someone can guess what county they are from by their accent

...hmmm maybe I'm over-thinking this and it's a bad analogy..but with Jack and some of the things that have been said about his physical appearance...if he showed the same confidence/said the same things..would it be more thought....awww, it's good that he's comfortable and happy within himself/believes in himself has confidence etc...but then with Jade showing outward confidence..(which I'm not entirely convinced it's what she really believes..), it's ...how arrogant/please go now, not here for that...
