To expect Ken Russel to cope in that house, sick human beings letting him do it.

He is fan of the show, it is up to him if he wanted to be on the show. His holding his own and gaining fans. He is doing well.

He's actually doing better now. I was watching him live and earlier and he was having a good discussion about his hobbies/life with the others.

Yea, he's doing well if he makes it the next morning, if he wanted to jump off a cliff, would channel 4 push him?

He obviously thinks he can cope otherwise he wouldn't have signed up, ok he might not be able to get involved in most of the physical tasks but hes there and getting involved.

Its not like they made him go on the show, he must have wanted to do it

I think Ken is really enjoying himself to be honest. Okay seeing him walk up and down the stairs was a little tough for him but he seems a jolly chap in everything else. If he is okay doing the show then I don't see why people should stop him because of age...fair enough if he starts to tire and look exghausted at a later date then maybe remove him for health reasons.

I think most people of that age do what they can and know when to stop. I can't see him being on the show as a problem and the producers will allow him a bit of slack in any physical tasks.

Im sure he can make a valuable contribution to the show, age and experience go a long way:wink:

And its been said before no one has made him go in, hes more than capable of making that choice on his own.

Yeah he will sit out any running tasks or bike riding tasks but he can easily take part in painting tasks and questions etc

I think you are right about the experience go a longing way. I think we saw that on tonight's live feed.

I think everyone could learn something from him but he needs to stay away from sexual topics because that creeps the girls out lol.

Red Moon

The problem there is that that is what a lot of his his films have dealt with. It's something that interests him.

It might seem gross but I hope I'm still interested in sex at his age.

They might find it interesting for a while but once you have heard one story you have heard them all...sex and his age is rather gross and not really a subject people like talking about. People can listen and be polite 1 or 2 times but after a while it seems he comes across as a dirty old man lol. One minute I think aww isnt he sweet and the next he is quite creepy.

Wait until you are his age and still think about it..... LOL

Red Moon

Why do you think that Diablo?

GlitterEyes

If you look at big brothers record though...they put in Barrymore who was at a worse risk than Ken imo.

i think he might be too fragile..

I think he is coping one of the best...he soon got to sleep and was snoring his head off...where as others couldnt sleep lol. I do think it will start to drain him slowly though as it would with anyone that age but at the moment he is one of the lively ones lol.

He's fine, he's only living in house not going into the jungle. He can have a choice on what tasks to do and spend the rest of the time just chatting to the others.

GlitterEyes

Plus others can wait on him as they will feel the need to "look after" him...its a good life for him in there.
