View Full Version : Anyone else going off Nick?

I feel like every episode I go off him a little more, his fauxmance with Jade is really irritating and forced and although I do think it's more her than him I can't be doing with watching him fawn all over her and drape himself on her. I like sigh inside when I see them together.

I Never liked him in the first place lol So overrated!

Ugh I loved him so much but now whenever he's on screen he has that thing draped over him
I get what you mean by you sigh inside when you see them together, i do aswell lmao, he's allowing himself to be a lapdog and it's really quite pathetic

He was in my top three... but when he blamed Jade for his bitching about Cristian I was done.

Me.
He's very overrated and he hasn't done much. I got fed up of waiting for him to do something.
He's only made me laugh like once, compared to Kieran who's made me laugh like every night.
Honestly, how he has 70 members in his fanclub is quiet shocking.
He's harmless, though.
But his extreme popularity is baffling.

Are you laughing at what Kieran says? or the Voice that he says it in? LOL

I still really like him, but watching him and Jade constantly hugging or joined at the hip is very boring to watch. If it continues I could go off him. I don't think it does either of them any favours.

I don't really care for him now, I wish he lived up to his VT.

I'm actually warming to him as a person.
But he clearly dropped a bollock getting too close to Jade.
And now realises Jade could be for the chop.
And he could be next in line.

He better be careful though.
If Jade survives, will he want back in again ?

Nick is immensely overrated to begin with. Because he's posh people just assumed he would make a great housemate but he is no Ben. He hasn't lived up to his VT and is a bit of a wet lettuce.
I think he's just a housemate which will float through and do nothing and add nothing to the show this series but still somehow end up in the final or at least the semi-final.

Never thought much of Nick at the start and especially since he and Jade merged into one housemate.
But I've seen a couple of vids in the last 6 hours which show him admitting he was wrong to get so lovey-dovey with Jade. He shows some maturity and an insight which I found appealing.
I don't know what the situation is now. I've heard in the last hour Nick had a 'heart to heart' with Jade which sounds worrying, as if he can't live without her.

He's cringy to watch as well lol remember his nervous face to face nominations
the way it goes in Big Brother usually is ...
Nice Person/Boring Housemate/No air time
Bad Person/Good Housemate/Lots of air time

I still like Nick, but I don't like how withdrawn his been lately, and I certainly don't like how Jade is getting all of the blame for his actions.

I still like Nick, but would prefer it if he can distance himself from Jade.
Before he came into the house, he admitted he doesn't have hardly any friends and I think Jade heard 'rich boy' and latched onto him. Nick was flattered at being shown so much attention, but seemingly hasn't the experience to realise when he's being used.

What has Jade really gained from Nick though ?
Affection and friendship maybe.
In terms of the house, I just don't see it.
Think they both know they're worse off together alone.
But wouldn't rule out a Jade Nick romance !
Can't be any faker than a Danny Sarah one.
Not sure I buy Eileen saying it's not the real thing.
Christian seems pretty convinced it looked real.

I hope Jade gets evicted soon, because I really don't like her but I do like Nick. But them together is just :yuk: It's not really Nick, but his 'storyline'. If it remains this way I think Joel will overtake as my favourite, but will have to wait and see.
Also I was a bit surprised about the comment that Nick would be great because he was 'posh'. I liked Nick because he was dry and honest. And I liked him more when he got nervous about face to face nominations. Only a dick would be able to do that without getting a bit nervous or feeling bad about it. I'm not interested in douchebags or robots.
But I don't like it when housemates who have no real chemistry/friendship just spending all their time together and contributing nothing. Eg, I liked Adam and Luke A having their little chats together because it felt like a real friendship, but Jade/Nick are pointless. I quite like Nick and Joel together (I mean, they are my two current favourites but they just mesh well), I wish he'd spend more time with Joel than Jade.
..I still like him atm but I have missed quite a bit of this series...I do agree though with others that I don't think it'll be good for him to be around Jade a lot or develop any type of 'showmance..'..

He was ok before he turned into mug and let Jade use him in her desperate attempt for a showmance to not get voted out.

..,.yeah when will these housemates learn that show-mances when up for eviction are not going to fool us Mr Monkey, they'll only make the boos louder..:fist:..
This pairing with Jade is tiresome to watch but I wouldnt say I dislike Nick. Yet.

The Jade thing is dragging him down slowly, and unless she goes soon I can see him being in a very unfavorable position soon.
She clearly has no feeling for him beyond friendship. Although Nick seems to think differently, I blame that down to his lack of life experience dealing with relationships.
I agree with others Jade isn't really gaining anything from Jack in the house. Unless she thinks a showmance can keep her on the publics side (more fool her). All she seems to be doing is getting close to Jack because she heard he's posh and thinks she can get some £££s after the show from him.
I can see why people have gone off Nick though. He's just been Jade's lapdog of late. I still like him though. I think Jade needs to go for his character to come out more.

I don't think she even has a friendship with him.
If her sex life is anything to go by, she just uses guys then dumps. She cannot commit.
I just think she is using Nick full stop. She's that sort of person.

Takes 2 to tango.
Nick is a grown man and knows exactly what he's doing.
He might suffer from it.
Well maybe he should have thought about that.
He said he spent the night with an attractive woman
Then says he doesn't fancy her
Then is all over her again
Then pulls back.
Then is wondering again.
Can't blame Jade for all that.
Jason.
24-05-2015, 10:26 AM
I don't like how Jade is being blamed for his actions.
She's done nothing to manipulate him or influence him.
He's an adult at the end of the day, and can make his own decisions.

He's 19, not 9. He is an adult and can make his own decisions and he came running.

Still ym fave, but he really needs to get away from Jade, she will be his downfall in there. Especially as she seems to be getting more and more arrogant and bitchy by the day...surely thats not good for her soul?

Nick is still my fav however he needs to rethink his strategy. Yes he has one. Jade was a bad move.
Also the Cristian fans are waiting for Nick to slip up. Cristian is far too vanilla to slip up. Unfortunately.

Not going off Nick but he obviously understand what he needs to do to win. Nothing wrong with that
Popb*tch (weekly irreverent showbiz gossip mailout) revealled Nick's dad is the recently appointed CEO of betting firm, so Nick will have a grasp on how to work odds in his favour. He's very self aware.
