Yes, I agree in this instance Eileen did start it but that still didn't stop Jade, Sarah, Harriet and Aaron bitching in the storeroom about Eileen's looks - which was totally uncalled for and on a completely whole new other level of nastiness. Eileen never resorted to taking shots at Jades looks. Not once.
