i have yet to see jade be nasty or raise her voice to any of the hm or use bad language to any of them. also she was punished for talking about noms with nick, she wasnt the first. no one gets punished for saying they dont like someone.

Jade's problem with Eileen started when she questioned Jade's ridiculous notion that only good things could happen to her (Jade) if she was positive (mainly towards herself). Jade didn't have an answer to Eileen's valid and humane objections when she said that "negative things do happen to innocent people". Jade didn't expect to be called out on her bull**** and she's had it in for Eileen ever since.

The twins have already admitted that Jade kept giving them dirty looks on launch night, so the bitchiness from Jade started then.

and the only people who've been ignoring Jade was Eileen and the twins. The others might not have liked what she did but they were still on speaking terms.

Discussing nominations is completely against the rules to begin with and she knew that. She was letting him know and hoping he would pick the same.

If she chooses to break the rules then that's her risk. HMs know they may get punished themselves or the whole house may be punished, ensuring further unpopularity. It's not a wise course of action.

However, it doesn't mean she was trying to influence Nick. Each series of BB has seen blatant attempts to manipulate voting and also conversations which are about nominating but more a sharing of opinions rather than conspiracy to act in tamden. This came across to me as the former.
