No question.

She has lots of carefully constructed conversations trying to convince other HMs round to her way of thinking and to make them hate her enemies.

Eileen rounds people up and plays the numbers game.

Jade is different, she is much more of an individual. She is very self-orientated and so she doesn't have the same need to 'win' people over like Eileen does.

I don't really like Jade but i prefer her to Eileen because she doesn't manipulate others, she just says how she feels and that's all.

That manipulative Eileen type of person is never good for BB as it just surpresses other HMs personalities and affects the overall vibe of the house; in the way that Pauline did last year.
