People have been removed for very little in the past (and bizarrely been allowed to get away with a lot: Helen). With the ratings low, a great big "twist" coming up and Aaron almost certainly knowing people who are involved in the making of the show, is it possible that this is just another attempt to drum up interest in the show? We all know house removals make the news and get the viewers intrigued.

Aaron Frew was removed from the Big Brother house after flashing Joel Williams.
The 24-year-old model was kicked out of the house following an incident which saw him drunkenly flash fellow housemate Joel, Mirror TV can exclusively reveal.
It is understood that Joel did not complain about Aaron's behaviour and that the police were not called following the incident, however Big Brother deemed the behaviour unacceptable and removed Aaron from the house.
Aaron and Joel are in the bedroom with Nick, Jack, Harriet, Sarah and Danny. Aaron seems drunk and is flashing Joel and being rowdy, often naked.
Despite Joel's continual requests for him to behave himself, Aaron continues to tease and flash to the amusement of some of the other Housemates. As a result of his actions, Aaron is ejected from the Big Brother House.
After his removal, the model tweeted Big Brother, saying: "Thank you for the amazing opportunity you have given me. Will never forget it. #BBUK."
This is bollocks.

Trying to hold back on full judgment until we see what has happened.
Although at this point I agree, it does scream publicity stunt. So far it looks like they've taken the opportunity to eject someone for no good reason just so they can get people talking about Big Brother and watching it.
It depends what he was flashing, it may not have been his willy
It does so far scream ratings desperation. I almost hope Aaron did something horrific but it really doesn't sound like it at all.

Until I see a reason to think otherwise, this is a publicity stunt imo

It seems somewhat over the top, but until I see it, it's hard to make a judgement call.
I don't think what he has allegedly done is any different to Kinga shoving a bottle up herself.
But until I see it I can only go on what I've read here.
They cover their own backs by saying what they deem to be unacceptable behaviour and each case is different.

We shall see. All seems a bit iffy to me though. And if it was that bad they'd have removed him on the spot, not the next morning
I don't think it is a publicity stunt, Aaron has been pushing the bounds of acceptable behaviour for a while, and from that video, it shows BB has already spoken to him about it.
If he was drunk out of his mind as usual, they will have let him sleep it off. Its not the first time an ejection has happened the next day.

I really love this picture. I've just be staring at it and chilling for the past few minutes.

Agree...he would be arrested in the outside world or indecent exposure.
