Surely if it was a man doing it to a woman, he would be behind bars by now.

I don't think what Aaron did was illegal. It was more extremely deviant or impertinent. I don't think you can be arrested for it as the malicious intent wasn't there. I think the embarrassment of being ejected and the humiliation of it airing on television is criminal enough to be honest.
But we'll see what happens.

This
I don't think he was intending to be nasty, he probably messes around like that with his own friends in his own circles... it just wasn't appropriate in the situation he was in, particularly with the person involved (Joel) being uncomfortable/not interested.

That works both ways. Would a woman be behind bars if she had done it to a man?
It sounds like you want Aaron to be arrested, tbh.

He could be but I doubt it. But if someone reports it to the police they have to investigate and if they talk to joel he as a local councillor will have to tell the truth...I doubt it will be the same as what was said in the diary room.

It was days after he was kicked out that the Police spoke to Jeremy so how do you know they won't speak to Aaron? Also, Jeremy wasn't thrown behind bars either so the claim you made in the OP is inaccurate really

Nope. This whole thing has been blown out of proportion. BB have ejected him and that should be the end of it. He showed his dick. Whoop-de-doo.

The Jeremy thing was a similar situation to this involving a man and a woman on BB where the man was kicked out for a similar reason.......

For something like this you can get arrested if the other person presses charges. He probably wouldn't have been jailed for it though. At the end of the day though, Joel wouldn't want to press charges so no he won't be.

Then you would have accused Joel of being a snitch !.
Joel did nothing wrong & made it clear to Aaron several times by saying no.
If a man in the house had said to Adjoa "You are not really a lesbian you just need a real man" he would have been called to the diary room by BB a lot sooner.
BB let this play out for entertainment rather than placing Joel's welfare first.
Aaron kept trying to question Joel on his sexuality. Had it been Joel questioning Aaron we would have been disgusted.
Arrest the BB producers. They knew it would come to this.

The problem here is
1. Had he said that he would be called homophobic and unable to take a joke
2. It would be more 'confirmation' (as if anymore was needed besides..LIKING KATY PERRY!!! :o ) for Aaron..aswell as some on here..that Joel is actually gay, against his own word.
Along with the fact that the behavior had never been as bad as it was last night before. So Joel may have took it as banter so far..that doesn't negate his right to be uncomfortable by a naked dude rubbing his cock on him tbh

When it comes to sexuality, which we only have the person in questions word on it, then yeah, it makes sense to believe them surely?
Unless you are one of those who agrees that liking katy perry or sandra bullock films automatically makes someone gay...
There is no defining characteristic of a gay person. So with nothing else to go on, the persons word should be enough and I do think its damn disrepectful to label someone as a closet case based on nothing. It really does nothing for all the equal rights stuff that gay people are campaigning for :S

Nobody is saying it does mean he has to have quick glances at a naked man's cock every time it was waved in his direction. .

Of course he is playing a game  All of them in there this year are highly aware of how the public will take their actions and stuff, and it has been mentioned a fair few times too.
Unfortunately in society it does seem sometimes that (camp, obvious) gay people are beyond criticism for their actions without homophobia being screamed. A straight guy cannot be uncomfortable with a guy coming onto them or they are homophobic...or a closet case. Most people are not ignorant to this skewed view. This may not be the case everywhere but it definitely is where I live. I personally know of 2 people who have been arrested for 'homophobic' attacks when it was nothing of the sort. People in general are extremely cautious about doing anything that might be perceived as them being anti-gay...as such it creates a kind of walking on eggshells thing
I hope I have put this across right because I have wrote it a few times and deleted it thinking that this kind of thing wont go down well on here  But it has been my experience

The way people, men in particular, are being made so scared to say anything to gay men in case they get accused of being homophobic is disgusting, I as a gay man find it absolutely vile that so many people throw out the homophobic card so easily and it just screws with the meaning of the word.
Prissy gays who think everything bad that happens to them is based on homophobia are my least favourite people in the world, it's honestly horrendous, I've seen people try to destroy people's lives using this tactic and it makes me sick, so people defending Aaron, by saying that people are only persecuting him because he's gay or that Joel was only uncomfortable because he's a 'clear closet case' is not only offensive, but highly dangerous.

How dramatic of you.
Just because Joel says he's straight doesn't necessarily mean it's true. Do you normally believe everything you hear?
Personally speaking I think its wrong to 'out' people.
A) because you could be wrong about, and they could be straight, and find yourself facing a lawsuit.
B) It may cause serious problems for the person you are outing.
In some countries it is still illegal to be homosexual, and they may be imprisoned or even killed. Even in the Uk gay members of some religions (Eg Roman Catholic)
may still suffer from the attitudes of their congregation.
C) Even without the above reasons, Sexuality is a personal issue that everyone should have the right to deal with in their own way.
I dont think that Joel is gay, and I dont care anyway.
As for Aaron there maybe a plus side for him to, with any luck he will have learnt that it is not always apropriate to behave in the way he has in the house, and therefore avoid getting into far more serious trouble than he has so far.
