I disagree that this incident would ever have been a warning. Physical contact of any kind is entirely different to flashing.

In BB7 Spiral jumped out of the shower naked and hugged a very uncomfortable Aishleyne. He received a warning but was not removed.

As has been pointed out though, Channel 5's BB is a very different beast.

Having said that, Harvey in CBB 2012 did more or less the same thing and wasn't evicted.

Here is what I think is a double standard.....

Aaron while pissed, messing about and egged on by half the housemates, rubs himself against joel and gets ejected.

Meanwhile, Shabaz is tortured for days by the whole house, stealing his clothes, locking him out, throwing away his food, leaving rooms every time he entered them, screaming in his face (leah got a warning for threatening behaviour for that). Yet none of those housemates were thrown out.

How can rubbing yourself up against someone who was laughing along be considered worse than a group relentlessly bullying someone for days?
