Not good sarah :nono:

Sarah Greenwood seems to blame Joel Williams for Aaron Frew’s exit from the Big Brother house.

In tonight’s show, Sarah and Danny are in the smoking area. Sarah comments that she thinks she saw Joel smirk when it was announced that Aaron was removed.

Later, Joel asks Sarah if there is something wrong. Sarah tells him that they need to have a conversation but she will wait till the morning because they have all been drinking. Joel insists that they settle things immediately.

An argument breaks out where Sarah tells him that his behaviour in the wake of Aaron’s departure has been inappropriate. Joel asks what Sarah’s reaction would have been if she had been in that situation.

Sarah replies, “No one in this house would do that to me because I would have made it extremely, unequivocally clear that that was not on.”

Joel responds, “What are you trying to suggest?”

Nick tries to defend Joel but Sarah tells him not to get involved a sshe adds: “I have no issue with the fact they removed Aaron. My issue is you then parade around in women’s clothing. You encourage it.”

Joel snaps: “I think that’s bang out of order for you to suggest that justifies his actions.”

After things cool down, Nick and Joel are in the bath. Joel says, “There will be a hate campaign against me.”

Haven't even seen the bloody thing yet but I fail to see how it could be taken out of context and Sarah has now gone from my fave female (third fave overall) to me wanting her out tonight. I cannot stand people who think like that and I am surprised in her tbh

So Sarah is basically saying that Joel led him on? Wow.

Urgh this is so frustrating - whatever your thoughts on this, it's exactly the kind of interesting debate that Big Brother does so well. Things like this set the community alight, and the viewers just aren't there. Arguments like this show how relevant the show still is :(

She was in my top 5, the first week, she crashed quickly down my list and is now last.
I think the same as you as to her Kazanne.

Why didn't she stop Aaron being an harassing nuisance as to Joel, if she cared so much about him being in the house.

That's a horrid stance to take and I couldn't feel more sorry for Joel, he's only 19. He did make it clear he wasn't comfortable. He made it clear he didn't want to kiss Aaron in spin the bottle too. I think BB should give Sarah a talking to.

Well I think they'll manipulate the nominations to save a person they want to stay from facing the public vote, absolutely, but I doubt they'd fix the Public vote, that's over seen by an independent company isn't it? as money is involved so they'd be in all kinds of trouble if they fixed that. It would be fraud

Joel 100% led him on and he stitched him up like a kipper in the DR. Joel should have turned around and told Aaron to f-off like any normal person would have.

I thought Joel was bisexual and faniced Aaron until last night so he should behave like a straight guy if he is and not flirt with gay guys who clearly fancy him. Joel is nasty but I am glad Aaron is gone anyway

I just watched last nights HL and was laughing at Aaron along with the rest of the housemates. Joel seemed to be fine with what was going on until it went too far and Aaron got in his bed, but he was hardly forceful with his rejection

I am saying I honestly thought Joel fancied Aaron and has been 100% flirting with him in the house. Aaron went too far and clearly deserved the boot in the end but that doesn't change my opinion that he was encouraged by Joel.

I'm not really surprised by this at all, I was waiting for her to say something but thought she might bite her tongue. Only reason I'm not surprised though is because I agree with Kizzy that she looked absolutely fuming when Aaron's departure was announced and she sort of stormed off to pack his suitcase, I thought when she didn't snap at that point that she was just gong to hold it in due to being on tv , but it was obvious she looked pretty angry and was looking in Joel's direction.

Good point, I think she might have stayed quiet if she thought she was in danger of going.

I think she's one of the favourites to stay but this may effect that result though.

I hate this twist because my favourites (twins) are guaranteed to leave :bawling:, and it's just unfair because none of these people were even nominated. If I had to save two I would save the Twins and Kieran, or the Twins and Chloe because Chloe grew on me over the last while she seems very sweet, but either way I'm losing someone I really like. I don't even like Harriet but if she starts bawling crying again with the shock I think I will feel sorry for her. It's a very unfair twist imo. :(

DemolitionRed
29-05-2015, 03:01 PM
Sarah thinks she's safe this week and that's why this twist is so brilliant. We would be seeing a very different Sarah if she thought there was any chance of getting the boot tonight.

As for fixed evictions, its fixed in a way. The producers show up the warts of those they want evicted just before eviction night. They know that showing the Sarah versus Joel clip is going to get the masses riled against her which is obviously what the producers want.

Surely if she is worried about going then she would keep her mouth shut anyway in case it caused her to be nominated next week.

That is why I am beginning to like her. She clearly isn't trying to fly under the radar and will risk being nominated by Joel and his allies to say something that needs to be said.

Alas, I think she is certain to go tonight and was always going to go tonight because she is a good looking mouthy woman and the public always vote them out.

Interesting though that Joel insisted on settling it there and then rather than waiting to discuss it in the morning, he can get his point across when he needs to :idc:

He also saw an opportunity to set her off. She did say that they'd been drinking.

Its almost as if having an argument is different to having a naked person rubbing themselves on you :o

Oh come on now Joel could have shut the behaviour down instead of giggling and throwing cushions and pretend kicking that really told Aaron

Yeah, totally lead him on. The way he wears his bathrobe and says he is straight, while daring to like sandra bullock films, he was just asking for a creepy drunk to chase him with his penis. I agree.

I'm beginning to like Joel more now, he can really stand his ground when it comes to things like this. Sarah on the other hand...basically just sealed her eviction

I can't believe some people are blaming Joel for what happened. I mean, seriously? The poor lad was so uncomfortable. And so was I watching it. :nono:

Hummmmm where is Sarah blaming Joel? Cause that's not what she was saying AT ALL. She clearly told him that she had no issue with Aaron being removed from the house and was only trying to explain to him that he should have been unequivocally clear from the beginning that he wasn't confortable with Aaron's behavior towards him. And she is right! This is not the first time that accidents like that happen between Joel and Aaron.

Sarah is completely in the wrong to blame Joel. She, Harriet and some of the others were to blame, along with Aaron. Aaron is the type who thrives on attention and gets wound up by it, so that lot cheering him on probably led him to carry on longer than he should.
As for that bitch Sarah saying that Joel encouraged him because he sometimes wears womens clothes, does she also think that attacks on women are justified because they wear short skirts??

She does not blame him though...

and yes, Joel did nothing to prevent that from happening. He should have been clearn since the get go with Aaron as little accidents already had happened.

Very disappointed by this. After Nick, Sarah was my favourite but that's a thoroughly horrible thing to say. Earlier that very night Joel refused to even kiss Aaron on the lips. That's a pretty clear statement that while they're friends he doesn't want that kind of physical contact between them.

Interesting though that Joel insisted on settling it there and then rather than waiting to discuss it in the morning, he can get his point across when he needs to :idc:

Well if someone said something like that to me I don't think I'd have the patience to wait to discuss it at their convenience.

She was one of my favourites, but this has completely destroyed any support I can show for her, what a ridiculous thing to say, stupid bat.

Agree 100%. Just a thoroughly wrong stance to take.

I have to agree. I don't know if I'd go so far as to say I like him but I'm impressed that he stands up for himself.

depends when they close the lines. if they go through all this 'vote freezing' crap then we could be in for a long night, probably leaving us with the 2 most boring housemates out of the 6.

I agree with Sarah, Joel did lead Aaron on.

He said Aaron was the most attractive male and the person he would most like to kiss in the house.

Yet when playing truth or dare and was dared to kiss him he said no

When Aaron was flashing him he said no

Cant see how no suddenly becomes "oh aaron keep it up I am so horny right no seeing your penis"

The moment Joel said NO was the moment Aaron or one of the other housemates should have stopped.

Again telling someone to stop, like Joel did, should have been enough. What was Joel suppose to do, punch Aaron in the face to keep him away?
