New HMs and the next nominations?

Couple more days before we get another round of nominations but how do you want it to work in regards to the new HMs?

New HMs immune and unable to nominate for the first week, but normal nominations for the rest of them. Otherwise they will be ganged up on by the original housemates.

New housemates immune. Everyone else nominates. Three or more housemates with the most votes are up.

Of course it'll be something like new housemates all vote and not immune... Jade somehow saved at the expense of a new housemate... And basically their arrival was a waste of time.

I think a week is too long to wait to get Marc out, I'm hoping he gets thrown out before then. Of all the housemates i've ever seen, he could well be the most odious of them all
