Doubt it. Sarah and Harriet both mentioned in their eviction interviews that the whole house was expecting newbies last night. Not hard to predict stuff like that when the show's been on for so many years.

Why would they predict newbies? Ch5 rarely put them in and this series had 15 housemates going in including twins. It is only 2 weeks in. Newbies is the last thing i would expect.
