Why are many people against Jade? {and Why? merged}

i think thats unfair - becuase she is going to be great for the house and for us to watch - she is going to add a lot i think

That's a good point, it's not like they put her in the summer series with all unknowns. Some people just never liked Jade, and never will so that makes sense if they are against her being there.

She was being genuine when she first went in, but in the diary room chair when she knew all cameras were on her - she seemed to just "come alive" - shouting and screaming etc. And she said "A don't get it" about 5 times. :laugh:

Jade now knows exactly what to play up to, i find her boring, and her voice has the effect of a fork scraping accross a plate for me,

I dont believe for a minute she is as thick as she makes out,if she was she wouldnt be back in there,she would have disappeared of the radar after her first stint in bb. Instead she has used the publicity and grabbed every headline she could (good luck to her on that one), this is the work of not only good p.r but a woman with a good sense of whats going on around her and a good sense of buisness, she must be amongst one of the highest earning contestants to come out of bb.

So that doesnt point to being thick to me, that points to a woman shrewd enough to play a good game, way before niiki got to play it.

While i admire that someone has used their bb experience to their favour and made a good living out of it, i dont think her going back in will win her more fans, i think it may have the opposite effect, as people quickly become bored of what they have seen before,exactly the same thing that happened when nikki went back in,

I'm against Jade's return for many of the reasons that have already been stated:

1. She's had her chance, and so should let the set of fresh housemates fight it out for the crown.

2. I find her "thickness" all too convenient. How, seriously, can anybody be that unintelligent? It's so exaggerated, and I expect it to get increadibly tedious!

That's only my view, so you're entitled to disagree! Basically, in simple terms, I agree with Lauren, Smeggy and Scooby combined! :hugesmile:

What everyone forgets about Jade is that she was quite the bully in the previous two reality shows she has been in. First Big Brother 3, then Channel 5's Back to Reality.

Most people only know about the 'Is East Angular abroad?' stuff, or her current media profile.

It's astonishing that she has become the most successful ex-Big Brother housemate. She wasn't even all that popular - she came fourth in the aforementioned reality shows.

As someone earlier said (think it wasbb4eva) she has gained her celeb status why go in again when someone else could of had a chance of it.why not let science ,victor of even saskia have a second chance Big brother to me is running out of ideas. To be honest.. I have nothing against her personally.. I just don't want to watch her on TV. I don't watch her shows, and I didn't like watching her in BB when she was in the first time. And, everytime I have seen her mother on the TV, I reach for the mute button.

So, basically it's not about hating her, it's just about choosing to change the channel because I don't want to watch her on TV. I would be the same if some other celebs had entered the house to be honest.... she's not the only one who makes me turn over.

I think you're missing he point. We not saying she's hiding some high intelligence. We're just saying her performance is pantomime thickness.

Danielle is just as thick, probably even more thick than Jade, but doesn't large it up. She's honestly thick.

Something else which is pretty unfair about this twist is Jade being able to bring in two close family members - allies - with her.

One of the fundamental principles of Big Brother is that the housemates have to bond with people who are initially strangers to each other.

2. Just because you are nobbing someone with a bit of fame DOES NOT make you a celebrity [especially true if you are a braindead waste of space]
