BB7 thrived of twists. As did BB8.

BB9 and BB10 toned it down.

This.

Twists are great if done correctly, and nominations are allowed to go ahead normally most of the time

The fact Susie nominated was good and all but it caused some backlash in that she only nominated Grace because she knew that she would go. The producers should have learnt from this.

One of the best twists in BB7 was when Glyn, Nikki, Lisa, Imogen etc had to nominate each other, simple but so effective in causing drama.

That wasn't a twist.
It was more of a punishment.

I think the HND was executed badly.
I mean, not as bad as the Channel 5 twists. It was successful, but it could've been better.

But the sound proofing of the houses were awful and Aisleyne pretty much knew that whoever she evicted would be sent to the main house, so it defeated the whole purpose and made it less surprising for Aisleyne.

They should've sound proofed the HND much better, so they couldn't hear Jayne screaming or the other housemates shouting whenever she evicted someone.

Also, Richard and Lea said they saw some of the new housemates through the Diary Room door or something. So there was speculation about it.

I really liked that twist. I know it's controversial and people hate it.

But, I don't vote, so it didn't affect me. :joker:
But I can understand why it would be annoying, considering you would've spent like 10 quid phoning to evict Nikki, only for her to be put back in and have a chance of winning.

It was gripping TV at the time, and it was really exciting. It's even enjoyable in re-watches.
I love how they turned the HND into a poor mans BB7 house for that twist.
