Marc is nothing like winner Helen Wood who was 99% nasty. Marc is way more self aware, kinder, humourous nuanced and emotionally intelligent.
Marc is getting away with being abit of an "arsewipe" (Chloe's words) by mixing it up with a bit of charm (telling Cristian his good looks intimidate him), humour (joking that the Queen thought Sam's performance was crap) self deprecation, and empathy (eg wondering why Harry doesn't get upset about getting called a slag, apologetic reflective mild banter chats with Chloe.)
The female hms who say these kind of unpleasant comments just bitch and slag off, no self deprecation, no empathy or humour, just 1 dimensional anger and bully girl tactics eg Alex bb9, Rachel bb9, Charley bb7, Saskia bb6, Sidebbob Sally bb13, Helen Wood bb15

I wouldn't agree with all your points, but people like Helen Wood are just nasty for the sake of being nasty. Marc isn't (seemingly) trying to hurt people, he's just joking around and stirring the pot. Annoy people, get under people's skin yes, but that's a far cry from being a bully and putting people down.

I think Marc is probably one of the most genuine players to have graced Big Brother for a long time. He's like Marmite, some love him some loathe him - which is an asset for a game show like this as you are more likely to be talked about/ remembered. I definitely think that Marc will go far this year, to be honest I think he will be in the final and maybe even the final 3. The only thing that will ruin him is if he says/ does something to get him kicked out of the house.
Marc's personality is a little different to the other people you've listed in my opinion. I feel that the others such as Charley, Helen and Alex have sort of gained infamy (we love/ hate them because they're terrible) - whereas Marc has a mixture of both terror/ hate and likability.

But that's my point I don't think females in general let alone in bb can get that mix, either aggressive bitchy or nicey wicey

So the answer to your question is no; or, we haven't seen one yet...

Females can, just BB hasn't put any in a house yet. BB seems to go for a very specific type of female (bitchy/nasty/sexy/cute/nice), but male housemates tend to be more varied.

I like Helen, but I dislike Marc.
At least when Helen argued, it was genuine. Mark is an annoying fake.
Plus, I don't care if Helen was a bully.
People on here can be just as nasty about housemates they don't like. Not to mention the cast of BB15 was odious. Every single housemate Helen attacked deserved it, because they were all disgusting people in one way or another. Helen just happened to be the meanest and nastiest of them all, which is why she gets 80% of the abuse.

Jale?
No one deserved to be attacked :omgno:
Jale turned out to be a pathetic cow who dropped Ashleigh and Chris (the people who supported her when she was being picked on) like a bag of ****, once she got the opportunity to be Helen's friend and in the end treated Chris the same way Pauline treated her in the beginning.
The only housemate who didn't deserve the attack was Christopher. But TBF, Pauline instigated that.
IMO, her attacks on Toya, Matthew, and Danielle were justified. Because of all three of them were just as horrible. Especially Toya, who was actually one of the housemates who bullied both Jale and Christopher, in Week 2, alongside Helen and Pauline.
But of course, that's overlooked because she's seen as some sort of "Queen" on here.
Her attack on Danielle, on Day 5 wasn't nice, and I'll admit Danielle didn't deserve it, as Steven **** stirred that and let Helen fire the bullet.
But Helen's attacks on Danielle, later on in the series were justified, as Danielle pretty much did the same thing. The only difference is that she did it behind peoples backs and bitched, instead of being vocal about it.
Ashleigh vs. Helen was tit for tat, and both were as bad as each other. So there's not really much to say about that.

Mark is for the most part just teasing and winding people up. He appears to have no intention to actually hurt or truly upset people in the house (Perhaps with the exception of Jade).
Once you get used to the kind of lad Mark is you quickly learn to ignore/ shoot down the crap he comes out with or get into a bit of friendly banter. Nick has him figured out.
