These are crazy odds for a man who has well less support than Eileen. The only thing I can think is that BB have plans to throw Eileen under a bus with the edits as boring Joel isn't ahead in any of the forums or twitter polls as far as I can see and defo not by such a wide margin. The prods are screwing with everything this year and its making a mockery of the show. Its getting more like a reality Jeremy Kyle show.

I don't think Joel has less support than Eileen tbf. Granted I don't know many now who watch BB but the ones who do mostly like him whereas they have gone off Eileen. Also on DS (I know thats a small minority of viewers, but a voting minority) seem to prefer Joel too

It means they are offering better odds than expected for him to be evicted, so by the bookies, he is less likely to go.
